Kendl (Carl Johnson's sister) from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Soldier trigens from Far Cry
By "ugly", do you mean 1) grotesque (i.e. any Resident Evil boss), 2) a character who would be considered ugly in real life, or 3) a character whose graphics are ugly, regardless of whether the character themselves would be considered ugly?

I'm going to assume 3, since I happen to be rather fond of grotesquerie, and I'm not into judging people's looks on the internet (even fictional ones).

As far as characters with ugly graphics go, I think anything from the original Alone In The Dark would qualify, but the special prize has to go to Emily. The character herself looks fine, but thanks to a low poly count, her in-game model has a tendency from some angles to suddenly go wall-eyed, develops a massive jutting brow, and her lips stretch wider than her face. The result is a graphical horror that an Innsmouth hybrid would run from screaming.

I concur, good choice! :D
Poor Oblivion. I mean, the characters in Vanilla Morrowind look worse but whereas the NPC's in Morrowind look somewhat dated, the ones in Oblivion are more uncanny valley ugly.
Pffft, this is easy.

Horace from "Horace Goes Skiing".

It is the big-eyed red dude in that picture, next to the ambulance.
Saints Duck
How about this... creature... thing... whatever... from VTM: Bloodlines?

Also: When I look at this image, for some reason I imagine it saying, "Come to momma!" Going to have nightmares...

Vagina Dentata? Well, not bad, but Manus impressed me more.

227: A lot of the stuff posted in here isn't really my definition of "ugly" so much as adorably macabre. Hell, I'd probably adopt half of them if they were real. In my opinion, true ugliness is being one or two steps removed from normal looking, like plastic surgery gone horribly awry. With that in mind, I'm attaching a picture of Mary Jane from Neversoft's Spider-Man.

Actually, looking at the picture again, it may have been a Michael Jackson cameo. It's hard to tell.
What the boobs are you boobsing aboobs?
Speaking of ugly characters. Featuring this hideous mug is not exactly how I would expect someone trying to sell his games. I don't give a fig about the protagonist being a super model or some such nonsense, but man this guy from DROD sure is fucking ugly!
