TTLG is almost as bad as NMA, to be honest. I've been lurking TTLG for about nine years now, and the people there are just horrible and cynical. Not a fun place to post.

IO Interactive -- who made the first four Hitmans -- is making Hitman 5, so I doubt they'll screw that up.
I'm curious if Kane & Lynch 2 might reach its potential, this time around...

As long as IO get the time to make Hitman properly then it (and K&L2) should be good but there's this obsessive love of pushing things out a few months too early.
Personally I liked Kane & Lynch, it wasn't spectacular but it was a good solid game that had a solid if not revolutionary story and competitive mulitplayer that was interesting enough to get ME playing it and I rarely do anything thats not coop
Think how bad it might be, they could retitle it Thief Fore and Garrett might have to steal a unique golf club so he can compete in a pro-am tournament against tiger woods.

Initially I thought you were joking, but now I see you weren't. I wish this had been a joke. I know "you shouldn't judge a book by its cover", but l33t-sp33k does not bode well for a faithful continuation of the classic series. :(

I'm trying to ignore it, as I would like a return to the Thief series, or at least a close game in genre.
Trends with stealth games and the use of a numeral* in between letters, bleaurgh!
* The movie Se7en is perhaps so far the only thing that has pulled off incorrect 'leet' style naming. But in any case, it should be avoided at nearly all opportunities.

Now I'm the last person to be optimistic but why does it have to be a bad thing that its a new team? Couldn't it be made up of a group of people who hated all the crappy changes in 3 (especially those transition areas!) and want to make it a smoother and more polished version of 1 or 2?
