I don't get it......the version of TW1 Gog is going to be selling will be the uncensored edition. If you meant TW2 it's only going on pre-load tomorrow, and if you did mean TW2 you should have stated so in your thread title. :P

I thought the Enhanced edition was going to be edited for Australasia - which would be pretty ironic because the 'Enhanced' part was meant to put back in previously edited naughty scenes.

Nope......TW1 will be uncensored for everyone. TW2, which will start preloading files to people on the 10th, is the one that's being censored.

Ah, that's odd because the first was originally censored prior to the enhanced patch...check link above.

Nudity was removed.

Heaven forbid anyone develop a healthy sexual interest in women. 0_o

Did you actually just post that in a forum for gaming geeks? ; )
It's coming out the 9th?

1 hour ago it was 12:30ish eastern time on May 9th, so OP's statement works.
I'm happier with an hour and half wait than a 22 and a half hour wait.
I'm going to throw them $5 for this as appreciation but honestly I am not sure where the excitement comes from. I mean if there are people who have avoided The Witcher for all these years despite it being readily available and DRM free then have at it I guess, go nuts, but your procrastination is truly astounding.

Hey, some might not have or may only have started hearing about The Witcher from TW2 news. And every bit helps the devs.
I got mine a couple of months ago hard-copy when I realized for sure that my old computer could handle it.

Hesitated through many sales though because, for the longest time, I thought my rig was too under par to run it.

I learned that "AMD 2400+ is not supported" does not mean that they tested it on that processor and proved it not to work but rather they didn't go as far back in testing with a processor that old and didn't want to be held responsible if it didn't work.

I have it but still haven't finished it myself. I don't like the combat much but everything else is great. After being away from it for a while I might just buy it here and start over.
The good thing about having a large backlog, is that you can pretty much procastrinate on any other game you want. I've manted to play the Witcher for a long while, but i knew it'd eventually make it's way here. No rush whatsoever. GOG's copy will be my first.

Also the fact that giving the money to the guys who made the game made the wait worthwhile.
