For the information, Broken Sword 2.5 isn't an official game, but a good fanmade one. The community was disappointed of the 3D releases so they decided to make a sequel in the spirit of the two first episodes.
Thanks for all the links guys!, i grabbed psi ops and the suffering.
Sorry that was me above i had forgot to log-in lol.

DukeNico: Great links, but you forgot the links. :) Can you fix it?

Oops, that will teach me to test things properly. Links should be working now.

Thanks =D! now I can give it a try :P
Now it's time for Area 51 to be released freely, sponsored by... US Air Force, wtf!
Great game anyway.

I forgot all about that this game was released for free. Thanks for reminding me!
The Suffering's a fun game. I was really harsh on it when it first came out, but back then I was harsh on pretty much any horror game that wasn't Silent Hill. I had a very narrow view of what horror should be, and thought The Suffering was just trashy noise by comparison.
But these days I'm more accepting of genre fiction, which is what The Suffering definitely is. I mean, it is trashy, and it's not even remotely subtle, but... so? It works. There's fun to be had and there are scares to be had. Sometimes it tries too hard to be disturbing, but hey, at least it's trying to do something.
I'm glad it was released free, I don't think I would've given it another chance otherwise.
To be honest, it's not a very good port, but it's good enough. Just keep in mind that unlike most PC games, when it says saving checkpoint, it doesn't actually mean saving checkpoint. It doesn't save until you go to the menu and actually tell it to save. I lost a lot of progress through this misunderstanding, and I've seen it happen to other people too.

Alongside Area 51 also Rise & Fall and Full Spectrum Warrior were released for free by Midway. Like Area 51, Rise & Fall is also "sponsored by US Air Force" and will therefore usually not work if you're living outside of the US.
Ironically this doesn't count for the only one of those game that actually features realistic modern warfare, Full Spectrum Warrior. It works for me here in Germany :)

[Edit]
The setup file for Rise & Fall is corrupted, so it won't install. There is a rather complicated workaround, but I guess for the moment one shouldn't download it.

UK_John: Well, there's another 4 or 5 games that will not be on GOG now! Well done GOG Fans! LOL!

Fallout has been available for free as a download (without cutscenes) and on Game Tap (with all cutscenes) for a long time now. That hasn't stopped GOG from selling it.
I played Full Spectrum Warrior on the Xbox and it was an excellent game. I guess you could say the mechanics were a little simple... but they were fun. and the cutscenes, characters and presentation did a great job of making it seem more like a war movie than a game.
If the PC game is the same then i'd definitely recommend it.

I wasn't so happy with it. I was expecting something a LOT less "hollywood" like the advertisements I saw promised.
How does the add thing work? Do they appear on the top like in Dungeon Runners?
