Everybody should just watch the latest totalBiscuit video : the first minutes about the release of xbox one are hilarious (or not).

Many people here should just stop talking about the xbox one, because they're not really concerned :P

edit : I know this news has already been mentionned here, but I just realized how ridiculous this situation is.

The first one is understandable, at least to me, but seriously? It's why I never partake in discussions on Steam's new forum where your game account is connected to it because if you write something out of line and they ban you, you're screwed. No legal rights to your games what-so-ever and even trying to fight it would cost a lot more than the games are worth. I think it's similar on EA's forum and if you're connected to your Origin account.

That was supposedly an accident on EA's part, but I think it's still happened since then. It is quite scary, especially since on the Steam forums they think you're insane if you say anything negative about Steam.
Even Microsoft doesn't like Windows 8

Yep, I don't particularly care about this because I there's simply no way I'll ever buy a console. However, seeing all this unfold is fun on its own way.

Same here, or it will be something like a Pandora or some other weird device.

Are you sure? I think I read some article that they threw in a massive ban during Dragon Age 2 release when people were whining like crazy. Understandable, it wasn't exactly good PR for them and they probably didn't know what to do but that shouldn't give them the right to abolish your legal right to your games regardless what someone may have written. That's why the accounts should be separated. Also, may avoid unnecessary hacking attempts if you've a different account for the forum and the game account (and support) like with Steam.

This was the worst E3 I have ever seen! The Witcher 3 is the only thing that I am even remotely interested in that was announced. I feel more alienated as a gamer than I ever have in my life. And I cannot believe how completely out of touch MS is. The entire world is NOT Silicon Valley! People like to play games, not have their privacy exploited and invaded.

I know they said at one point forum bans should not equal Origin bans and blamed some system issues, but like I said I think it still happens. Maybe they just meant it's a fault of both systems being connected.
