Dear GOG Users!
First of all, on behalf of the whole GOG team I'd like to thank you very much for your support and all positive comments we have received in so many posts. This really makes us believe that we do the right thing and gives us even more power and motivation to continue our way of bringing classic games with 100% DRM-free policy.
Second thing is, that if you are happy about what we offer here, please help to spread the word about GOG in other places. We do our best to be visible in as many places as we can, but our efforts have their limits, as there are not as many people working on GOG communication across the web as we'd like (actually two guys, Vandal and me).
Please do not treat it as a request, or something that we expect you to do. No... We just say, help us if you really feel (from deep inside) comfortable with it, and if you think that GOG is worth your help.
Once again, thank you everyone!
And have fun!
GOG.com team via Cook :)
EDIT: You can check our "Spread the word" section to get some banners and maybe even buy yourself a GOG t-shirt!

I would, but you guys need two things:

A. Somebody to come up with snappy and witty lines for logo T-shirts

B. Better prices for the merchandise. $25/T-shirt? I can get a completely custom 1-item run at a local place at that price.

If both were satisfied today, I'd be a walking FREE advertisement for you in New York already.
Yeh, we need to work on the merchandise section a bit and we have plenty of cool ideas but there's just too much other stuff going on that we can't give it a proper treating - after all you guys want us to release new old games all the time ;)

telestic: Amazing adventure collection (though some of my wishlist still missing :P )
We're working on it very hard and hope to bring even more classic adventure games soon :)
Hey, great job, I really love the idea of GOG and the design of the page. A great way to promote GOG is the "Like" feature from Facebook, since the likes go straight to your "Games" on Facebook, so when someone clicks on one of your games liked on GOG they land straight on the games page here, which is very good. A small issue here is that the pics under your Facebook games from games added from GOG are mostly poor quality or missing. Not a big thing but still something I think should be addressed, I bet it would make more people Like them.

I really like GOG and I use the banners to promote GOG as much as possible. Keep it up!

I have been waiting for the Neverhood....
Came across the site and was drooling seeing all that classic-PC-gbaes-games. Ordered JA and made a suggestion for further games ;-)
Hmm, maybe here is a good place as well.
Games I really would like to play again are Wizardry 7 and Lemmings 3 and Magic the Gathering from Micropose.
Keep on your good work
I love you guys. When my brother told me I could buy witcher2 DRM free online, I wouldn't believe him at first. You don't know how many wonderful titles I've skipped because of invasive DRM as a matter of principle. Cliffs of Clover - WHY, OH WHY?

The only regretful thing was the fact that I didn't buy it in time to pay the full price.

Good thing I'm a fan of old games too!

Thank you! I will spread the word amongst my friends!
Awesome web site and the service GOG provides.

Like to see someday:

Thanks again

mutters about putting DRM on merchandise
I don't know where to put it, so I write it here.

GOG does not only have great games but also great support, if there is a problem (I had a payment issue).
Wanted to post a "Thank you" to GOG for doing what they're doing, and this seems like a good thread with people from GOG reading it. I've had the chance to play "Atlantis: The Lost Tales" finally, and am happily replaying "Sanitarium".

I'm curious about how GOG go about making the old games work on the newer versions of Windows. Some may work if run inside an emulator, others if one's starting with the binaries would require low-level patches?
