As our catalog gets bigger and better every week, it's easy to lose track of some of the awesome games that we have to offer. We've been running one day "Gaming Gem" promos for a while now to highlight some classic titles that don't get the love of some of our best-known blockbusters like Baldur's Gate or Duke Nukem 3D. To celebrate summer, for the next two weeks until July 25th, we're going to run a Gaming Gem promo every day, so you can rediscover these lesser-known classics! Grab that plastic toy shovel and dig out gem after gem over the next 18 days. We think every game we're going to be offering on our Summer GOG.com Gem Extravaganza will be an excellent title, and we hope you give them all a try.

What&rsquo;s cool about games, among other things, is that they let you do things you&rsquo;d probably never do in your life. Do you remember when as a kid you told everyone you&rsquo;d grow up to be a firefighter, an astronaut or a race car driver? Did anyone of you want to pilot some of the greatest attack helicopters? With today&rsquo;s one-day promo you can do it for cheap! &lt;A href="[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/apache_vs_havoc"&gt;Enemy]http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/apache_vs_havoc"&gt;Enemy Engage: Apache vs Havoc</a> lets you control two combat helicopters: AH-64D Apache Longbow and its Russian counterpart, the formidable Mi-28M Havoc B. The game is one of the best helicopter simulators ever created and puts you in one of three vast combat zones. The best thing is every campaign is fully dynamic and will never play the same twice. Add to that fully 3D terrain, day and night missions in different weather conditions, highly detailed 3D helicopter models, and multiple difficulty configurations and everyone can enjoy this state of the art simulation. Last but not least, join your friends over the Internet and play in one team or against each other just like you did in the old days when you dreamed of growing up to have a really cool job.

Grab Enemy Engage: Apache vs. Havoc within the next 24 hours and save 60%. The game will cost you only $2.39, until tomorrow, July 22 at 5:59 a.m. EDT (9:59 a.m. GMT). If you already own this title or it’s just not your type of game, be sure to check back tomorrow for another Summer Gem Promo!
Of course, it's a "hidden" gem, the mods are for Commanche/Hokum.
Looks like I"ll have to pass this one along....
My thoughts = :/
Don't know about this one, spent a lot of moolah on the previous ones,
Not sure yet.
I'll do some research around this game before i decide...
At last. As soon as I get back from work - wishlist -1 :-)

EDIT: ...and purchased.

Comanche vs Hokum was among my first purchases here. Apache vs Havoc isn't too shabby either, though. I have them both, they're awesome. <3
Already have this from a previous sale. Still haven't purchased a single game from the hidden gems promo. I either already have the games (TLJ and this one) or am not interested at all in the games offered. I'm waiting for Stronghold, Last Express, Restaurant Empire, Shogo or Evil Genius to go on sale...
Hope VTMR, stronghold:crusader or the original, Evil Genius, disciples shall be on sale sometime soon.

Same here, except I got In Cold Blood. Also hoping for Last Express or Realms of Hauting.

Wouldn't it be cool if GoG was doing a Birthday sale for at least 3-months old members?
I mean, like in your B-Day you can have 1 game for free or a 9.99 one for 5.99..
Just sayin', today's mine :D
For anyones sitting on the fence about this one: BUY IT! It costs less then bus fare and besides, it is good game.
