But why would that be an issue? Are GOG's customers moral, trustworthy, lawful and all that crap? Doesn't GOG trust their customers? Or is that all just crappy RP talk?

And also...when the site doesn't get payed they don't get to keep the rights to those games..

The great thing about this site is that the games are all DRM-free. That means you can download them, and they will be yours forever, no matter what happens to GOG.com or the right holders.

But it still sucks that you get downrated. Can someone give this guy some rep please, that's just a fucking disgrace.

First of all, ignore elitist jerks and fanboys, if they downrep you or crap-talk you, as this forum is full of them. No point in taking anything to heart.

Second, you had something going but now you've ruined it with this post.

If your game collection would be as huge as mine was (and will be) you'd be concerned
with having the play rights and capability to download them whenever..
Whether or not you can play them WITH or WITHOUT play managers...(like ORIGIN, where I also have an account)
I don't care about the managers...just if MY software WILL be available for download when I need it back for WHATEVER
reason..and THAT is worth $5 a month to me..in the worst case I'd have a stack of cash on
here to spend on a new game..

Seriously... if you have such concerns (GOG installers are yours, DRM free and can be backed up to WHEREVER YOU LIKE) search for another service or create one yourself

This site has THOUSANDS of users, has been around for years and is great in every way
