Yeah sadly the Games Tutor section is horrible. Half the time you help someone and they can't even take the 2 seconds to mark an issue solved.
As for those who clearly don't understand that Games Tutor is not actually GamersGate support, I tend to make it clear in the first response that they are talking to other customers and direct them to the support email address.
