Has anyone posted this yet? I searched but couldn't find. Anyway, The Phantom Menace will return to theatres in February in 3D.

I'm not sure if I would be much interested in it to be honest. Now if it were say like EPs 4~6 then I would be more inclined to see it.

Arrgh, the Phantom Menace. I won't pay another penny to watch that shit again. I absolutely hate the prequel trilogy and everything George Lucas has been doing to the original trilogy.

I might be able to get high enough to enjoy it. Otherwise I felt much the same upon learning the news and begun using DVDFab's 2D to 3D thingy to add the extra dimension to the original trilogy myself. I'll let you know how it turns out in a few days.

I'd rather re-watch Wing Commander 3-4. They have much more drama, and that guy from Clockwork Orange.

Yeah. Original New Hope in 3D, yes, hell, I'd even go see the digitally remastered shitty version. Phantom Menace...meh, maybe if it was free-day at the theatre.

I don't really like the 3D thing much, it costs more, you have to use the glasses => not comfortable and also it's not the good for your eyes :X

Seriously though, I dont care much for either Ep 1 or 3D. But I seem to be one of few That only se Ep 1 as a bad movie and none of the others.

Ep 1 is bad only as a Star Wars movie, if it hadn't been part of the series I'd probably have liked it a whole lot more.

Even so, it had great jedi action in the beginning (in the trade ship) and the finest lightsabre battle of the whole series
(maul vs gui-gon and obi-wan) with awesome music score.

Just clip away the fluff between those and it was a great 20 min shortie. :)
