bazilisek: They did, actually.
uchos: Yes, bazilisek is right, they did count.
The first one was the D&D promo, IIRC starting at 30% off with an additional 5% discount for every game after the first, topping at 70%.
I remember wanting to buy all of them but Dragonshard and Demon Stone, but adding those two would have cost me only 1 or 2 $ more, so I went with the whole package.
Great deal.
EDIT: Also, IIRC, before these 'scaling' sales, there were also sales were single games were at 50% off, but the whole package at 70% off, without in-between steps.
Ah! The D&D one was when I first joined GOG, I loved that promo! I wasn't really interested in Demon Stone and Temple of Elemental Evil, but if I bought them along with all the other games I wanted I practically got them for free.
Did GOG really stop the scaling promos due to "fan backlash"? I really dislike all the childish complaining in the release and promo threads about pricing. It seems that sadly a lot of forum users on GOG never seem to grow out of the pre-teen mindset that they are entitled to whatever they want. GOG doesn't need to put any of their items on sale, but they do because they're a bunch of swell gentlemen (and ladies?). I hope they bring back the scaling promos sometime this year, I can't possibly be the only person inclined to spend more to save more with these types of promos. I also really hope GOG never kowtows to fussy manchildren that post on these otherwise swell forums.
