Apparently the Berlin campaign is going to be a more open hub.
I do have to say the writing, look and combat all make me want to write missions for this thing. I'll have to see how easy to use the editor is.

StingingVelvet: I didn't expect open world but I thought I could at least go back upstairs after I get the quest item from upstairs. I can't though, nor can I go back outside after I enter the bar unless the story wants me to. It's pretty ridiculous and a huge black mark on the game so far.
I read that on Steam, I also consider that a huge black mark. I don't mind linear games, especially if they were on a budget and focused for a strong setting or narrative instead but no optional backtracking blows.

I wonder how powerful the editor is.

You pretty much get to use what they got to use and that's it.

They being the devs, and what they got to use being what they actually used. If I didn't misunderstand anything, there's no modding or adding extra stuff that isn't already in the system.

Well stuff like a loot system and new tiles are on the Workshop already, so it must have some abilities.

Guess I've been misinformed.

Good to hear, a modding community for a game like this should be very strong.
Just a head's up, if you're playing the DRM-Free version you're likely playing an outdated dev build (Development Build: master6f4af4b - 20130718-2149 is displayed at the top of the screen). They've uploaded a new version now.

Yes, and this way they took -1 download from backers accounts. This is getting more and more ridiculous.

Yeah, that is something I can see people getting upset about. But, IMO, this is a reason why the whole business model that Kickstarter has borrowed for their own use was built on embracing file sharing :)

Sorry, I don't get what you want to say. Would you, please, elaborate?

We should use the warez copy of the game which we backed...

Minute ago, HBS reset the counter to 50 downloads.

Did they limit the DRM free Downloads with a counter?

I can post some links and leave it at that if people want to read them. Don't need to derail too much. You can draw your own conclusions.

At least they were pretty quick to resolve the issue. Still have to wonder why they even went with a download limit, they know there's still animosity over the Steam only release and "Best Before Date" on the DRM-Free version, a DL limit just feels like they're rubbing salt on the wound, even if no one really would download the game 10 times (let alone 50 now).
