I had this once yesterday and once again today.

When I refresh the 'Community Discussions' I get logged into someone else's account. I see their 'Favourite topics and received replies' on the top of the page and their avatar next to 'My account' I also see that they have 'New messages'.

I immediately refresh again, because I do not want to be in someone else's account. Because of this, I do not know if posting etc is also possible.

No idea. I just say 'WTF' and refresh. In my panic I forget to check. :P

EDIT: Actually, no shitting, I think the Avatar is see is yours... :O
It said '2 new messages next to your 'My Account'. Is this correct? If so, it might have been your account.. :O

I actually had the same issue like 10 minutes ago

when I went to the forums your avatar was displayed on the left of "My Account" instead of my Dunmer one

when I opened my account, everything went back to normal
