Well, one day is past since I solved this puzzle, so I think now it's ok to post answer. Those who wanted had their chance.
I'll try to explain the solution (and why it's almost impossible to solve it without knowing russian language)

1. From word in first line one need to select letters, which are look like russian ones. See attachment, I encircled those letters. It's possible to do this without knowing russian, if you find russian alphabet (in Wikipedia, for example)
2. Numbers under the line show how to group letters, we found in first step (see attachment). You get the phrase, from which you must get answer. And here is the trouble for non-russian users - to translate this phrase - you need to type it in russian, and it's a problem to do this without having russian keyboard. Letters are similar, but if you write this by latin letters - online translators will be unable to help.
3. In step 2 we obtained the phrase "КТО НА СВЕТЕ ВСЕХ ВЕРНЕЕ". It's translating something like "WHO IS MOST LOYAL ONE OF ALL". So, it's obvious that the answer is "dog" - "собака".
