Hi, I like that GoG recommends games, based on other games you've bought here. But seeing as GOG sells old games, there's a good chance, I own some of the games here already, and I think it would be nice to be able to put a check mark, on games you already own, outside of gog.

My recommended list, is full of games i already own, and being able to check them off as "already owned" (or something similar) and thus removing them from the list, would be a welcome feature, as it could make room for other similar games, that i might never have heard of, or maybe just never borthered to check out. Though it does happen that i buy games on gog, that i already own, It's alot more likely, that i would buy something that i don't.

Wouldn't need it. I own about 400 games on multiple sites and CDs, and know all of them by heart. Also, I have a distinctly hard time memorising names of people. I would exchange both "talents" in a heartbeat.

I know the feeling, i couldnt name them off by heart but i would know if i have it or not if i saw it for sale, the only dupes i have are ones to replace damaged ones or if ive bought a group on ebay or something

I do know which games i already own, and thats my point exactly.. instead of gog telling me "you should play this game, it rocks!" about games i already own, i would like to be able to tell gog that "i know, i own it".. it would then be removed from the recommended list, and gog would be able to recommend other games, based not only on the games i have bought from gog, but also games that i already have, from other places. I'm sure there a games, similar to other games i own, here on gog, that i never borthered to check out, that i might like, but just never heard of, and as gog gets larger, i'm sure there will be more of these games

ofcourse it's not something that is a must.. but i think it would be a nice feature :)

I would love that feature. I have several games already on GOG that I already own via retail or other sites.

I already found that feature, it costs up to $9.99 per game though. I've used it extensively.

Yeah, but that's only for games purchased from GOG, unfortunately, not for games you own outside of here =/
