Have you tried to PM them? I think they should get an email when they do not check forum frequently and have some PMs here.

Edit: oh, and please do quote them. They will get notification of forum topic.

I have no way to quote them as I never found a post by either, this I believe also rules out PM as I believe you can only pm via the user in the forum.

Also if they can look at the give-away and enter but not be arsed to check the results......

But you can always try to "pm" this http://steamcommunity.com/id/Dman3003 maybe? It will require him of course to first post something here on gog.com to authenticate.
(I am not using Steam but I hope PM is possible there?)
