So, what publisher do you think will be the next for GOG?
No clue, but it would be great if Black Isle showed up one day. :)

Black Isle wasn't publisher, it was inhouse development studio of Interplay that was dispanded when Interplay nearly went bankrupt and had to sell most of it's assests. Two of Black Isle's games (Fallout 1&2) are already in GOG thru Interplay while IP and rights to rest were sold to Atari (IWD, PST etc. as well as Bioware's BG 1&2).

Yeah, well, GOG will probably lump them under the publisher category (hince the name of this thread).

Sadly, for myself, i recently picked up Vampire TM:B from another download site, thus completing the Troika Trilogy for myself, rather than waiting for GOG to get the rights. I was then subjected to one of the strangest installers ever. I downloaded the 1.2 GB installer, then it spent another half-hour downloading files to some random location i have yet to locate, AND THEN, it got on with the installation. The game itself is really good, despite the fact that the stated system requirements are a joke, my PC is twice as powerful as the rec specs, and it still chuggs on the hub areas.
Phew, glad i got that off my chest, and all I came on here to say was bring Troika to the masses.
PS. Despite the complaints above, VTM:B still kicks proverbial ass. As do all troika games. As long as you have the latest patches.

Really? Geez, no wonder GOG is having so much trouble getting stuff on here, it's a lot more complicated than I originally thought.
Let's see if I have this right now:
Interplay was the publisher, whose in-house development studio Black Isle worked with Bioware to create the Baldur's Gate games?
So Atari is the owner of the IP for the games you mentioned? Oh geez ... if the recent release of Assault on Dark Athena is any indication, then it will be a long time before Atari releases games here. :|
Once again, here's hoping I'm wrong.

And thus the atheist (me) says, fat chance. Not that what you said would be bad (my thing would have been awful), and I truly hope for it myself, but I find it to be doubtful.
