With Shadow Warrior Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog bring back one of the legendary heroes of the late 1990's and make sure he's in fighting shape to take on the challenges of modern-day gaming without even breaking a sweat. Yes, Lo Wang is back in action with his faithful katana, sharp enough to slice a hair in half and hard enough to cut through rock. The game re-tells the original story of the 3D Realms fan-favorite classic, but takes some unexpected turns and explores new ideas. This is not the old and wrinkly Lo Wang we met years ago! This is the new, young, and fresh Lo Wang perfect for the new world of first-person shooters. Expect classic feeling, modern looks, and lots, and lots of badassery and gore!

Pre-order your DRM-free copy of Shadow Warrior today, on GOG.com for $33.99, and you'll receive a special GOG.com-exclusive in-game item, the classic Shadow Warrior katana, as well as Shadow Warrior Classic Complete for free!

Gog support feel very strongly about observing their non-working hours.

As much as I love this site and the forums therein, i'm getting rather impatient as the official support has been anything but supportive to me, they never bothered answering the last question I asked them, even after a follow up email.

Vote for Shadow Warrior: Classic Redux on the wishlist and, while you're at it, give Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition some love as well.

I hate to say it GOG, but Steam has the far better pre-order deal here. You pay $43, you get the soundtrack, digital art book, three in-game items, and 75% off another Devolver Digital game or Hard Reset. On GoG, I get a gift code...to give Shadow Warrior classic away because I already own it?? I appreciate the soundtrack and GOG Katana, but this is paltry stuff in comparison.

I was entertained when Lo Wang started singing a Stan Bush song during the opening scene.

Is that true? Tststs, GOG really has to add in some new stuff :D
Not impressed by the addition of 'store-based in-game exclusive items' to GOG.com. I get the feeling that the ideals offered as "GOG.com being gamers just like you" are represented here less and less all the time.

In many cases, they do need to step it up because other distributors are catching on, and they are offering bonus content regardless of pre-order or not. Just peruse Steam, GMG, and Amazon and you'll see plenty of examples. GoG offering an avatar, one in-game item and a gift code ( why not a code for me? I'm the one buying the game..) is not going the extra mile. I mean Steam offering Hard Reset at 75% off pretty much blows the GOG package out of the water.

10$ more for a digital artbook and 75% off a games you could have bought less that 5$ in a sales not too long ago... not exactly a mind blowing deal either... not to mention that where I live it's not 10$ more but 20$ more.

I agree. These things still are mostly useless things, so game experience is mostly the same everywhere. Still I feel more deterred than attracted by exclusivity.
There is also a Humble store pre-order for $33.99 which includes a DRM-free copy and a Steam key.
I'm guessing you don't get the pre-order extras though.

Fictionvision: That must be a regional pricing thing as it comes up $33.99 here, steam and gamersgate for me.

DaCostaBR: Yes, I did mean regional pricing, but I forgot to write down that part, Brazil always gets the best deals when it comes to regional pricing for some reason.
Yeah, and you guys have the best looking ladies. It just ain't fair.
This guy doesn't look very asian to me.
