JMich: It is possible to disable PMs, check your account settings. Also, in your gift page, you can see who redeemed your codes, just click on them.
I did check, it says Thank_You redeemed it. Well, maybe he's just a different ninja; the kind who suddenly makes an appearance and disappears back into the shadows he came from. It would ease my mind to know he's not a bot someone programmed to gain access to as many free games as possible, because then he'd forever be a stain on my list that shows everyone I've gifted to, but if the person behind the username is flesh and blood, then that's fine. Or, if whoever got the first code, enjoys the game, that's enough for me.

well you can put things in place so you can prevent it like posting gibberish between the code or convert it a bit. but yeah it sucks.

and it seems back again to "i'm not a bot :("

Haha, well I got enough information to know he was indeed just a different type of ninja, and that's enough for me, now my mind's at rest. Hey, Thank_You, hope you enjoy the game! :) Also, do say something other than just "Thank you" once in a while, you might become accustomed to it and like it.

Oh, c'mon, stop already with this bot paranoia. Everytime someone outside the 'usual suspects' grabs a code, the 'bots are robbing us!' posts start again. He/she is clearly reading us, and doesn't want to partake in our silly conversations. That's his/her prerrogative.

To the gifters: there are very easy methods to avoid bots getting to the codes, like that thing about changing the last A for a 4. Just do it, and stop worrying about hypothetical bots from outer space.
