People are blowing up amazon trying to get this game.. anyone can get a code.. I suggest to just keep trying back and also look to some previous posts for the link to get your own code

The promotion ended yesterday when they ran out of the allotted game codes and ended it, unless they've decided to add more to the allotment since then.
