GameRager: That whole film/show was total BS(Beyond travelling through time on recliner, I mean.). If someone changed the past it'd change the present immediately....no crappy time "ripple"/delayed effects BS(Giving the show's protagonist a chance to go back to change it back before their mind was altered to fit the current/new timeline.). This means his mind and everyone else's(And any databases/etc.) would immediately be altered to believe the new timeline was the right one and he'd never have any criminals to chase as he wouldn't know any "crimes" of time had occurred. Gah, my head.
Heh, I watched it so long ago that I don't remember much of the plot. But, seriously, it's a Van Damme movie, what were you expecting? :-D

In any case, if time-travel was really possible, personally I think that any change in the time-line would create a divergent time-line, so it's effectively not possible to 'change the future'. More or less the explanation they give in Back to the Future 2, I think.
