i did, i use to have more negetive rep than you. I admit to using the forum for free games, and i admit I still do, I mean, alot of people do, look at the gifting threads. But I do it in moderation. I changed alot, from just using the forum for free games, ( I admit to wanting to raise my rep to have a better chance for free games, but i have since changed that philosophy). If I could change, so could you.

I can see you are not just a troll, or scammer. You actually want to be a member of the forum, and are at least trying to give back to our little community. Hold in the want for free games, I do. Instead make topics about things you want to talk about, host giveaways, and just have fun.

Also, type normally, you are not helping yourself by talking like that.

It is based on posting, answering questions and high-rated posts.

You get 1 rep for posting in the forums each day.
You get 5 rep for being marked as the solution to a question
You get rep for high-rated posts - we think it's between 3 and 5 max

Ultimately it means nothing except being able to enter certain GA's with rep requirements or who goes first in a trade. What is more important is being a forum contributor and while GA's are nice, they are not required by any means whatsoever ;-)

Oh and why don't you upload an avatar and change your tagline while you're at it - it really helps other peeps get to know you by sight ;-) Just a suggestion!

Ahh, thanks for the explanation there, I wondered why my rep was going up...I'm not doing anything to get a +1 so couldn't figure out why it would have been going up.

Oh and I was thinking where do I get those "+1" from and was wondering who was uprepping me. Appears it was GOG system :D

that and all of those things work in the opposite as well: ie bad / unpopular posts etc.
