Sorry, I meant that once I paste the code, the characters like a circle and happy face (from the code) can't be enter properly to decode...

HMH7-ARTY-9B2A-NE77 - but used by me :)

The last hint was connected with old riddle (post number 1203 written by... NameGoo!) and this: 46 99 56 66 76 56 42 66 56 60 90 96 was a message "onetwothrees" written in Nihilist cipher. The key to this cipher was placed in this old riddle. I hope that NameGoo will explain this better.
Damn Polish code breakers.... =P
