I have the 4-part code, but... I can't decode the bloody circle and happy face from it!! :(

Interesting thing, by pressing the "newest" button on the pastebin.ca, I got a paste of the original pastebin, with the hint changed (and totally wrong). Could it be that someone is trying to seek outside help? Well, good luck with the 4th one then :P

What 4th one are everybody talking about? When you open that pastebin there are two parts of the code, and one hint.

The pastebin with the name question (2nd one) point to the 3rd part and question, and this one to the damned 4th one with the final part of the key...

GOT IT!!!!!!!

HMH7-ARTY-9B2A-NE77 - but used by me :)

The last hint was connected with old riddle (post number 1203 written by... NameGoo!) and this: 46 99 56 66 76 56 42 66 56 60 90 96 was a message "onetwothrees" written in Nihilist cipher. The key to this cipher was placed in this old riddle. I hope that NameGoo will explain this better.
