You get a hint for the cipher to use, but then we also need 2 more things, that we don't currently have, or can't think of. So back to the drawing board...

I know the name of the cipher, it's not an issue. It's just there is no key for it.

Well, I don't know the name of the cipher, so I think I will pass again. Grats to whoever get it.

Need both a keyword and a keytext, thus the 2 things we are missing. I could try something else again, but the garbled text on the 3rd paste doesn't help unfortunately :(

Nope, going by hand, trying to think of what could be used as either of the two. Plus, I'm only trying for Splinter Cell, so the code will remain up for the rest of the games, with be teasing by the sides :P
