I'm not really interested in Riven, so let's try solving this together:

"The ninja performs 4 specific actions."

Maybe we have to repeat this actions to each one of the 4 parts of the code? Assuming the code is written up-to-down, left-to-right:

KRXL-8YC4-Q5LU-FMMS

Observes --> Do nothing? ---> KRXL
Look Right --> Shift one letter right? ---> 48CY
Look Up ---> Next letter, number? ---> R6MV
Looks Over ---> No idea.... flip the characters? ---> SMMF

Doesn't work. Any one wants to help with more ideas?

i would like to help but really have no idea.

thought the dizzy part is about the letters being reversed.

assumingly it starts with an S.

Yeah, I thought about that as well, but that action "happens to the ninja". I even tried changing the url to say http://hucklebarry.com/ajnin.html, but that wasn't the solution either.

Ah, and I tried the 24 reversed combinations earlier, but no luck either.

what i also tried is taking 1 letter from each serie and make 4 rounds..
didnt get me anywhere either.
