If you mean on steam, you can click in the uper right corner on -username-'s account and go to account settings. It should list all the games redeemed and how they were redeemed, whether it was a gift or a retail key.

Someone pm'ed me a code and I redeemed it, I cleared messages, and I wanted to know who gifted me what.
I planed on giving away a free game for each game I was freely gifted.

I don't think it shows who gifted you the game anywhere. It only shows who redeemed the gifts you gave out.

That is way WAY too limited, how am I supposed to give thanks after I redeemed a code that I forgot about.
