I guess I better explain myself to not confuse people, so on the 3ds E shop I have some spare change saved up from a long time ago to get something interesting when ever it comes out, and so the other day steamworld dig came out which is 8.99 and when you add taxes to it it is 10.16 and I have 10.15 so I am missing one cent and to get that one cent I either need a credit card which I don't have access to or a way of getting and second option is to spend 20 dollars on a point card which I also cant do.
