I think you have to launch the Desura client. They are listed there.

You could check Your Profile page on Desura, there is a link to your games there or customize this to see it

The client is not needed to activate the games, you can just go here:

https://secure.desura.com/cart/gifts/activate

to activate them, and download the installers from the game's page on Desura.
BTW, someone called 'kayleefsmith' got Ocean City Racing without saying thanks... :(

No, its just not working for a stupid Hippo like me.
I just added games to my account...fine. it shows that they were added...but than in the list...nothing not even one game......ahhh,
they hate Hippos, like DotEmu were i still can't dl any of my games.
