I got nothing against it, but as a simple observer, just letting you know it's probably becoming annoying and boring getting past second paragraph for most of the users lurking around this topic. Mostly when it's being repeatedly re-posted (the wall of text itself).

Ever thought about this?
Or am I missing something?
I think it's just another way of making ninja'ing more interesting, make people work for it. Everyone can be lazy and just wait for keys to be dropped, but I think it's more interesting trying to figure out a puzzle. I understand where you're coming from, what with the walls of text and story that not everyone is interested in, but if you can get into it it's actually quite fun.
I agree, as someone who lurks here now and then, that it DOES get annoying, scrolling down only to find that it's just another wall of text is kind of annoying but, as I said, if you can get into it, it can be quite a frustratingly fun puzzle.

I mean, it would be good to have a thread to just drop keys in, and a thread for puzzle solving.

JMich: I know. But the ninja giveaway is no longer a key drop thread, but a place for people to hangout in. Keys are still dropped here, but this thread is more often used to chat, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
So for someone wishing to make a puzzle, the active thread is more enticing than the buried one :/
See, that's the problem; this thread gets lots of replies, so puzzles can get buried. If you're just putting a key out there, then, chances are, it will be redeemed within a minute, so it doesn't matter if the giveaway post gets buried.

I noticed this as well when I made my story puzzle with Novotnus. Next time, I'll make a separate thread, but having it buried is such a minor issue as it means only the real ninjas find it. LOL.

I'd like to, once again, thank niniendowarrior for making this puzzle and Spinorial for breaking it :) I couldn't have used that key in any better way :)
niniendowarrior, I'll ask you for a specific puzzle for my next Creepy Giveaway if you don't mind :) The codes are ready, all I need to do is some preparation :)
