Stranger things have happened, plus there was a code by GoJays2025 that was available here for about 20+ hours. The wonders of obfuscation :)

Yep, but that code was quasi-encrypted in a non-familiar way (with a hint given in the user title), was therefore easy to mistake for a broken code, and was also hidden in a flurry of posts with playblink codes.

Spinefarm's code was unencrypted and in plain sight for 12 hours - very special circumstances would be required to give it a chance of still being valid, such as a GOG server outage for 11 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds ... perhaps. ;)
