and you were right! ;p
the deal won't last long... over a little less then 3 months.. rofl
You will need:
3 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 glass of powdered sugar (about 300ml)
2 eggs
white chocolate chips (about 100gr)
half a glass of cream (half and half)
some vanilla extract (or substitute)
a package of speculoos biscuits
1 teaspoon of butter, melted
about 5 teaspoons of raspberry jam

Crumble the biscuits, mix them with the butter and spread them in a round pan.
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar in a bowl, then add the eggs and continue mixing.
Heat up the cream, add the vanilla and melt the chocolate chips in it. Add them into the mixture. Mix again.
Pour everything in the pan. Drop the jam into the pan one teaspoon at a time, spreading each drop with a knife for a whirlwind effect.
Bake at 180 degrees C (that's a little over medium here) for about 50 minutes. You can test if it's ready by plunging a knife into it. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
Best baked cheesecake I've ever had.
You're welcome.

I prefer raspberry, but I don't see why it wouldn't be great with strawberry too. Just pick a good jam. I mustn't be jelly, it has to be somewhat liquid.

No problem. You can always try the cream cheese/sugar mixture to see if it's sweet enough for you. Just remember that the jam and chocolate will add to the overall sweetness.

EDIT: Turns out the glass I used was actually about 350 ml.

No. They have a much more intense flavor. They are cinnamon/caramel biscuits. They are usually advertised as coffee biscuits.
Is the Lotus brand sold in Denmark?
