Well, considering im on mobile broadband with one bar and a blizzard outside, id say 64kbs max
i had 3 foot snowdrifts and my back garden is at least waist high (im 5 foot 9 and a half if this helps)

actually yeah your right there didnt quite think that through!
i have 3 foot snowdrifts etc and main roads are suffering with this, snow ploughs everywhere.
back garden would be higher then....

e: well im not going out to measure my back garden i cant *get* out. youll just have to believe me when i say its up to waist in the lowest parts and a lot of my windows are being touched by snow building up.

...but snow drifts tend to be higher than the plane of precipitation!
