Does anyone know how Desura keys work? More like steam, use it and get the game whether you want to or not, or more like GOG, look at it and back out if you want?

Like Steam. The little difference is Desura said who take the game if the key is already used.

Just a word of advice concerning Desura keys from IndieRoyale. The Desura key is also your personal IndieRoyale key, thus do not distribute them.
Ignore it if you ain't going to give IR keys.
