It's the Ultimate Edition, so it should have the DLC's with it.

Buying the Ultimate Edition is actually cheaper than buying the DLC separately (but that is because the DLC is pretty major)

Technically, mrmarioanonym was only right because you specified it was an adventure game. But After LucasArts released MM in Oct 87 it took a while until they released Zak McKracken in Oct 88. During that time they released other games and in other platforms, namely Strike Fleet (Dec 1987, PC, Commodore 64, Apple II)
