Asbeau: macuahuitlgog, if you contact GG support they'll convert that code so you can re-gift it.

This has happened before :-)

macuahuitlgog: They will do this even if I clicked download? I didn't download it though. I just clicked on it then canceled at the window that popped up.
If you clicked download it may be too late, but you could give it a try
What was the game?

macuahuitlgog: I was like "victory is mine, ahahahahh!!!" and then I saw "(Mac)" next to the name of the game and I was like "noooooooooooo!!!".

gameon: Its like an "i am your father" moment, lol.
Yeah, it was.

Added this one to the Community Stickies Compendium as it seems quite popular. :)

I don't use it too.
My dog has another GamersGate's Mac copy of the game, but can someone teach it first how to gift a game on GamersGate?

* without asking for anyone's e-mail address first, that is.

gameon: I just checked ebay for cheap mac pcs. But i have no idea what type of mac would be powerful enough to run such games as cities in motion..... :)
Win system requirements are:

Processor
2 GHz Dual Core or higher
Memory
2 GB RAM
Hard drive space
2 GB
Video card
NVIDIA GeForce 8800/ATI Radeon HD 3850 or higher, 512 MB RAM, OpenGL 3.0

I guess it's similar for mac

gameon: Those specs "would cost a bomb" for mac. On ebay the best kind of deal would be about £165 which would be about $261. I was thinking that there would be less competition for mac keys. But the cost of a fairly low spec machine wouldn't be worth it.
My problem with OSX is lack of backward compatibility. I have TiBook, and 10.4.something on it. There is almost nothing that works, as main system req is - new version of OS. -.-
Even worse for older versions.
For the record, not that I would use it a lot, as TiBook has absolutley awful hinge design that got bot of them ripped off some time ago, and there is no way for me to find replacement :(
