The image, i think it's related to Lights Out Puzzle, "i think", but over the net there are only max 7x7 solver, and that image is 400x400. If is wrong, i'm out of ideas. Can't anyway solve it, too hard for me.

It's ASCII written in binary form where white represents 0 and black represents 1.
Already had MoM, so I didn't redeem the second code, but did PM my solution to Damuna.

As for the first one, I have no clue.
