Yes, it's one of Shakespeare's sonnets, but there's only one game I know of where the Bard himself will read this off to you if he's smitten with you.

You are correct. What's more, you would only see that line if you were playing a female and had finished all of Will's quests, so I felt an extra hint was necessary.
