I believe it's from Diablo 1.

Yep, it's your turn now.
Ok, here it is, should be an easy one:
"Go for the eyes, Boo! Go for the eyes!"

Minsc, from both Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II. No sweat.
"What do you think's wrong with my brain, doctor?"
"How should I know? I'm a dentist! But here's what I do know: if the tooth is bad, we pull it!"

Sounds like Dogen and Dr. Loboto from Psychonauts.

Yup. Your turn.
"Oh, have you been waiting here all this time? I didn't realize you meant these baths! I went to the other baths clear across the other side of the city. I had a lovely wash and a rub with fragrant oils. Too bad you weren't there... Stop talking to yourself!"
Sands of Time - the Prince.
EDIT:
I should really get some work done, so I'll go ahead and post a new one, since I'm certain of my answer. If I'm wrong, just ignore me.
"Everybody changes... their hearts, their bodies... they all decay."

Just posting to confirm that Mentalepsy is correct.
Someone can post a new quote, it has been 5 hours.
Here's a hint: it's from an SNES RPG.

Is it Magus from Chrono Trigger?

Andy_Panthro: Is it Magus from Chrono Trigger?

No, but good guess.
EDIT:
OK, that one's been out long enough. It's Frederica, from Bahamut Lagoon.
Frederica was an interesting character. Generally in good spirits despite her debilitating illness, but also quite casual in her fatalist viewpoints.
As the war drags on, your troops begin to bicker and fight and form grudges against each other, eventually prompting a weary comment from Frederica - provided of course that you take the time to talk to her.
OK, someone else's turn.
