Sam and Max: Culture Shock
That would be max.
It is indeed Max.

I believe that would be Tandi from Fallout 1.

That there is from Tandi of Fallout 1, one of the only girls in the wasteland who qualifies as moderately attractive.
Unfortunately, the Vault Dweller's overly forward approach to her was met with derision. Let this be a lesson to you all, guys; take the girl out for dinner and a movie FIRST, form a deep and enduring friendship SECOND, and go for third base LAST. I don't know why no one seems to get that order right...
My turn again!
"On which planet were you born?"
"Kashyyyk. I'm a Wookiee...can't you tell?"
"What is your background?"
"I'm a Hutt in human form planning to overthrow the Republic."
"How old are you?"
"3012. Healthy living, you know."
"I see you intend to be childish about this."
EDIT: Blast. I got ninja'd! Does this make it DarrkPhoenix's turn?

Well, I know that one too (possible conversation path between the PC and Bastila in KOTOR 1), so I'll go ahead and throw up my quote:
"Yes, Natalya is a cute girl. However, I think she could use a special potion. Let me see here, 'Radiant Beauty'... No. 'Ray of Sunshine'... No, that's not it. Ah, here it is: 'Relax Frosty Bitch'. This should help her out."
Yes, it is Darrk's turn, just clarifying :)

In Diablo II, this is what Alkor says (sometimes) when you want to gossip with him.

Bingo! You're turn.
"Okay, you're all set." (Radio clicks off and on again) "Oh yeah, keep in mind, civilians are workin' down here. Don't get excited and shoot any." (Radio clicks off)

That sounds like one of Lambert's lines from Splinter Cell.

No, it's not from SC.
I'll check this thread again tomorrow.

Sounds familiar... I really thought it was from Splinter Cell...
I was thinking Metal Gear Solid.. Though there have never really been civies in those games.
STALKER?

At an early stage of Doom III, Mars City Underground, the security marine says this after you pick up your gun and pass through security, and before you enter the next area.

Yes, indeed.
