GameRager: Lol...it's SUPPOSED to look like that. That's party of it's charm.
Er, i know? I just said i wouldn't appreciate it anymore, hence it would just be a forced experience, which wouldn't be productive.
GameRager: Also I love games that are more cinematic sometimes like ME.......it makes the experience that much more amazing IMO.
I'd prefer if they made games as games, and movies as movies. Hence we could play them, then watch a movie about it. Otherwise, we're just sacrificing gameplay. I must point out, that what nailed ME to this list, was that the gameplay.. wasn't much. A bunch of a-to-b levels, and dialogue that didn't really do much. Perhaps ME would be a cool movie, but as a game, well, not really.
I'm from the old school, the best experience comes from the head, the more my mind adds to the game, the better.
Like Burger said, if i wanted to watch a movie, i'd go to the cinema. [may not be an exact quote].

So i guess it's better to make a good movie, than a mediocre interactive movie.
I wish games would go back to relying on gameplay, than a fixed storyline.
