It seems that, between the re-opening contests and this weeks contests, GOG may have bitten off more than they can chew. It doesn't usually take them more than 24 hours to announce a winner to any given contest. Perhaps they haven't organized the staff's voting on the memes?

If it were me, I'd probably print out all the entries and then let the judges start going through them. Some entries are multi-framed GIF's and such. Those should have each frame printed out and be stapled together in order (so you can flip through them).

1) Have each judge mark an entry "up" or "down" vote.
2) Toss out the bottom ten percent of entries with the most "down" votes.
3) Repeat the above process until only the "finalists" are left.
4) Have each judge vote for his or her "top 3," with three points to their first pick, two to their runner-up, and one point to their "honorable mention."
5) Top entry is the one with the most points after Step #4, runner-up is second place, and honorable mention is the third-place entry.

Depending on how easy it is for the judges to view the entries, the above process shouldn't take very long to complete.

You can edit what you're quoting to not include the links though. It would probably be better if GOG made it so that links were removed from quotes by default. But there you go.
