Fictionvision: Half Life 3, that way it will never come out so I am now immortal.

Depending how long I have left I'd either pick another play through of Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines, or if it needs to be shorter, an old favorite like Zelda 1 or Mega Man 3.

Yes it is, but I've liked the game since I first played it as all the parts made up a great whole for the game itself. If I was going to croak and knew it, I rather play something enjoyable and relaxing than being stressed out at the end.

Hm, I'll second Grim Fandango. Brilliant game, and seems fitting. I'd do The Longest Journey except it'd make me sad about never playing Chapters. And Arcanum would make me not want to die (unless I side with [redacted], I guess). So, yeah, Grim it is.

(Of course if I was actually dying I'd probably do other things, but hypothetical question and all)

I'd probably play all the games I have on my backlog as fast as possible, at least to get the stories in and I'd time it just right to play one or two of my favorite games before I kicked the bucket which would probably be either Skies of Arcadia, Mega Man Legends or King's Quest VI.
