(German audio I guess)

I came across the game on the wishlist, did some research, and think it looks freaking cool but also noticed it is "late-90s 3D" similar to Dungeon Keeper 2. Would this game be capable of using nGlide, or - like DK2 - would it require a significant acceleration patch (something GOG probably doesn't want to worry about) to be stable enough on modern machines?

EDIT: This is a completely-EA title afaik, so I bring it up to see if we have some hope for it coming to GOG. :)

No idea about the technical details, but my brother has a disk copy of the game that works on Vista. The only thing he had to do (if I remember correctly) was copy the disk to his HD and install it from there, before using one of the more recent patches (from about a year ago).

Once up and running it looked okay and he was enjoying playing his game again. So I would guess that it is fairly simple to get up and running.
i am sure someone else will know more about it, but I can guarantee it could be done up to Vista.
I fiddled with an ISO of it recently and it works fine on Windows 7, you just need to copy all of the CD contents to a folder, and place this file in the setup folder:

After that it runs like a charm, just set it to Windows 98 compatibility and you are set.
Wow, I really f**ked up that title there. :P "Howz youz doeeing?"

Nice. I assume these are unofficial patches? Hopefully GOG could get permission to use those.

Nice too. :) Would GOG be able to automatically set the .exe to Win98 compatibility (have the checkbox automatically checked in the .exe or the shortcut), or is that completely upon the user?

Should, if some of their past releases are any indication. The only thing I couldn't get working was the Glide mode for it but thankfully it has a Direct3D option which looks nice. It is much cleaner than the PS1 version, that's for sure.
Oh gawd, you just reminded me

GOG, Where is Future Cop: LAPD ?!?!?!?!
I remember this game having some weird mission with vampires and bats or some such

It needs to be here, that game is massively underrated and is insanely fun. Heck, the Precinct Assault mode alone is worth the price of admission.

That doesn't look like a very realistic game. Shouldn't a "future" cop in L.A. be shooting and beating the shit out of "future" unarmed citizens?
