I have a Master's degree in something nerdy, so I'd say that's correct. :-)

DAMN...I'm the old guy around here...:(.

Yup, I think you're the oldest GUY here so far. I think I'm taking the title as oldest, overall.
But honestly, does it matter? In the MMORPG I play a few of the best players turned out to be 16, 17 and some of the real asses turned out to be near my age, older or younger. Currently in that game the guild I'm in has two leaders, one who is 17 and I'd never believe it if I didn't know it for sure (and the hubby met him in game over 3 years ago and until this past winter neither of us knew really how old he was). And another one who is in her early 30s, I think she said 33 or 34 and behaves like she is 14.
In these forums I can see where it is interesting to know the age of the members. I am so pleased to see how many younger gamers like the older games.
And yeah, I remember so clearly making copies of too many games. We had a Commie-door club where once a month we had a real meeting and the other three weeks we met to copy and swap, copy and swap and share hints and cheats. :) I also remember meeting up with a kid who he and his Dad were on a BBS I was on and also C64 users. I got to the house before Dad was home from work but Mom and the kid invited me in. I about died when I saw the kid...he was 12. Mind you, I was by this time in my late 20s! The Mom and Dad were a bit older than myself. The kid was a whiz though and I ended up spending a number of evenings or Saturday afternoons there swapping software, cheats, and overall having fun. I'll never forget though this red headed kid with glasses pulling the chair out for me and getting me a soda and cookies, making sure the glass was on a separate table from the computer of course!
So really, does our calendar age matter all that much? :)
Well, I'm 42, but my wife thinks my brain age is about 20. I've been in IT since I was 18, but never really gamed till I turned about 30. A bit addicted now, I'm afraid.
After Vista came out, I used to think "wish there was someone who would remake old games to run on XP/Vista". Turn the corner and bam, thank God for GOG!

38, for at least the next month or so.
So, to celebrate my maturity, I'm going to Disney.
Getting older is physics. Getting old is for the weak.
35 for the next couple of weeks. My run for president failed last year, so I'm sort of between things to do at this age. Hmm.
29... started gaming with Sierra adventure classics when I was around 11.
18.
28 for me, almost 30
65 more years and ill be 79!
Boy does time fly..
34 and counting : )
53 and not counting.
