Just lurk around Twitter, the forums, and IRC when you can (e.g. leave GOG open as a tab). There will always be a nice person out there who wants to give stuff away.

Nope...
And nobody ever gifted me a game from gog. But none of my friends play old games, so that should explain it.
Edit: Oh my god, oh... WOW! People actually got a gifted game in this thread right now. Seriously, if I hadn't seen this, I wouldn't believe it.
If anyone wanna increase their "gift" rate, one could do so by gifting me Sacred Gold. :)
