Titanium: Some new guy crashed into the servers, probably.
It's my personal belief that over half of all service outages (power, water, cable, internet, etc) are caused by some guy not paying attention and tripping over and/or smashing into something important.

I think the reason GOG was down is that GOG's back was a mess, but now that they cleaned GOG's back, GOG's back.
