Well, I'd best stop here, as I've probably exceeded my monthly budget, but here's the last one.

I'm curious to know a simple point from those that have received games (or just participated), and I don't intend to judge or discriminate in future at all, so please be honest. I just wonder, do you redeem the games because they're there and free, or because they're games you want?

EDIT: I snatched the code not because it is free, but because I want to play it in the future. The problem is that I am not sure when, whether in the near future or much later. But I will play it.

I only redeem games that I'm interested in (I have passed on games in the past), though they don't have to be games that I feel the need to play "now".

(this is by the way why I prefer it when people say what game it is, when they give away steam codes, I don't want to take a game that I'll never play).

That's why I prefixed it DIE, and postfixed DIET, I'm open to suggestions to macrobusting...

This game was high on my wishlist. I love a good RPG, though I do fret about this one in particular because of the ruckus that was raised over compatibility issues. Only one way to find out...

Me personally I grab codes for games I play or will play in short term.

At least for me, is because of some game I want. If I don't like it or don't want it, I don't participate.

This, on all accounts.
I got bit by a mystery Steam key once and have been leery of unlabeled Steam keys since. GOG's key redemption is considerably better.

I only grab games that I intend to play right now or in the future, if I don't have an interest on the game I usually not grab it even if I have a chance.

I wouldn't redeem a game I wasn't interested in, though I can't remember ever managing to grab one of these.
