So in short i crashed into a car on my bike (drivers fault srs, she admitted it too) and i
have a massive graze on my mouse hand, cant use a mouse and cant use a controller not until it scabs up at the very least :/

Good news is i can still play pro pinball :D but 99% of 100 games the mouse is needed

Btw i do scroll my desktop with my left hand... i can still use the mouse as such but if i do then i cant use the K/B

Ya but theres only a handfull that i like tbh, Gal civ and MoO2 i like tbs games in general but i never really found any deep ones, Matrix games offers loads but there prices :/ and i dont think theres a demo for them.

Just put your mouse mat + mouse on the other side of your keyboard. It's not that difficult to use your other hand when it comes to the mouse. Think of it as practise! You could easily play a game like The Longest Journey, which is mainly mouse-oriented.

That depends on what games you like. You can control most point and click adventures only with a mouse. When you can use you scratched hand for pressing the spacebar, the infinity-engine rpgs like Baldurs Gate are also an option. You can pause the game with the spacebar and give commands, also the games can pause automaticly in some situations (enemy contact, death npc, etc). The only problem is that you normally pause the game very often, so that can be a little bit annoying after a while.

Older Might & Magic games (1-5) can be controlled almost entirely with keyboard.

I would seriously reccomend Alpha Centauri, Incubation (From the Battle Ilse platinum pack), Fantasy General (If you can find it & make it work!), Puzzle Quest.....

There are a load of great turn based games out there.

Or even a lot of the real time games have a pause button, though this does tend to restrict you to single player.

Here I would give a big thumbs up to Dawn of War (1 or 2), Pax imperia: Eminent Domain, any of the infinity engine games....

I'd suggest Clonk, as it has controls which were originally designed for multiple people crowded round a single keyboard, and thus have controls designed for a single hand:

It's a bit like Terraria, but with more Settlers-esque buildings for resource refining and mining relying more on the use of high explosives, along with specific missions to complete in scenarios rather than a single larger world. (Though nothing's really stopping you from creating a massive custom world if you wish).

Wonder if anything like these would help? Keyboards with built in track balls? I'm guessing not but wanted to offer.

Most classic style adventure games work with just a mouse. Not sure if this is your cup of tea but Syberia and the Longest Journey are both on GoG and should be playable one handed.

You could also ask about some of the high button gaming mice (some have 5 - 8+ buttons on them). You might be able to rig some games with simply control schemes and make that work for you. You could get most of the important things there like forward, strafe, duck, lean, etc.

Put the mouse on the left side, and change the buttons to left-handed mouse.

I've played like that a lot when I got my arm broken. It's more difficult, but playable. Try this for RTS games.

(I for example finished Robin Hood: Legend of Sherwood on normal difficulty with my left hand)/

Its not really an option when your desk is a bed :/

why not? lay down on the other side of the bed...

An arcade racer might work using the keyboard, since all you really need are 4 buttons for steering and maybe one for hand-brake.

If you seen my setup... You will know why Plus i can use the mouse with my left hand fine when i lie down, but typing... :/
