Robbeasy: Agreed - at this delicate stage we shouldnt make any move until the power roles have told us their news - providing their not lying as well of course! Although it has to be said they're both looking a lot cleaner now Ubivis has been revealed as Scum.

You can see why Jess was so sure about Ubivis anyway - SHE was the Doctor! As soon as Ubivis claimed she must have known. Did very well to get the wagon on Ubivis without revealing she was Doc - then somehow Mafia nailed her anyway. I cant see anywhere where she let it slip, giving them any clues...
Maybe they went after her because she would write such excellent analysis-es on the different players, and they thought she was too much of a threat.

Also, Damuna, thanks for these great fluff pieces for the results! They're a lot of fun to read!

Alright, I'll go ahead and put it together :)

Town: Myself

Leaning Town: pazzer, nmillar, Robbeasy

In the middle: Typhoon

Leaning Mafia: Nazarush

Uncertain: Damnation

@ Damnation, you listed everyone in your post about who you thought was and wasn't town, except for nmillar. Where does he stand on your list of suspects?

I'm still in the middle with Typhoon. Why was he role blocked the second night instead of pazzer?

Nazarush is my chief suspect due to him pushing for a mass claim before day two was out. To me, it kind of looks like he was trying to turn Ubivis' lynch into a beneficial thing by finding out who the real Doc was.

In the middle, really, I was listing the people I thought the most innocent and the people I thought the most guilty. I'm slightly unable to place nmillar, but I'm taking pazzer's word on him being town.

That being said, I'm really looking forward to what Typhoon has learnt during the night.

Damn, now i'm GLAD I never come in here. That is some messed up psychopathic stuff. Reminds me of a few of my favorite horror authors though.....and makes me want to play Still Life all over again.

edit: Look, i'm sorry if I caused a stir in here but all I did was leave two comments. One saying how I felt about the game and another saying why I did so and saying I was leaving. To downrate those because I "upset" op seems kinda crap to me, but seeing as I still left the thread I don't get why people downrated these two comments so much. Loock in the original Mafia thread, for example. I never got downrated once in there and kept to myself.

Well, that's all I have to say so again later.

Also i'm not discussing the game....ok? I said it was cool. As I said i'm out of here...I will discuss the game in other threads though(Though i'll refrain from coming in here), just a head's up. I won't post spoiler though, so try to relax/


Whether you use my harmless comment(the first one, which didn't contain spoilers or even guesses about the game btw) to "justify" closing this thread just so you can make me look bad for no reason is up to you.

Hey, Im here, but im in kind of a shitstorm out here in meatspace so it might be a while before I can get down to some hardcore posting.

And I too am very interested to hear from Typhoon and Pazzer about their role abilities.

Last night I followed JessKitten, who visited Pazzer. I assume that she was sticking to our best chance for survival, but that's just because she flipped doctor.

I followed Jess for two reasons. First of all, I wanted to double-check Pazzer's claim that she was town, to clear up if he could be Naive (yes, I know that I can't really prove anything, but I could guess at what happened in the night), and if she could be a Godfather.

She wasn't. A shame, too, because we lose our biggest poster.

I'm going to have to do a lot of reading before I can name my suspects, so expect me back in a bit.

Why didn't you double check pazzer's claim by tracking pazzer instead? Wouldn't that have been a more efficient way to figure out whether or not he was telling the truth?

Because I'm more of a "two birds, one stone" kind of guy. If Pazzer was naive, he would turn up innocent no matter what. If he was mafia, he could just be trying to mess with everybody. If JessKitten was mafia, he could have been naive, or lying, or she could have been a godfather. Plus, I was trying to hold back from posting to see if he would too - so I could see if he was waiting for my result instead of just outright saying it.

Look, it was layers of suspicion, and frankly I thought that Jess was mafia when I got the result. She wasn't, but I came into today ready to push for a lynch - which now appears to be unnecessary.

I want to know what Pazzer discovered last night, unimpeded as he was.

Interesting...

Now, other than that, I'd like to ask just how does you checking who jess is targeting label her as mafia? She targeted pazzer, but htere could have been multiple reasons?
